Terms of use

Last updated 5 October 2026

These terms cover your use of Ojaoba to run an ordering page for your business. By creating a shop, you agree to them.

What Ojaoba is

Ojaoba turns a price list in your Google Sheet into an ordering page at your own address, where customers build a basket and send the order to your WhatsApp. Ojaoba is not a marketplace and does not take part in any sale. We do not handle payments, delivery or customer support between you and your customers.

You are responsible for your shop

Free trial, price and payment

Your account and shop address

You sign in with your Google account, and each person can open one shop. Shop addresses are given first come, first served. We may refuse or reclaim an address that is misleading, offensive, or looks like another business or brand.

Our right to suspend a shop

We may suspend or remove a shop that breaks these terms, is reported for fraud or abuse, or puts other people at risk. Where we can, we will tell you why.

Availability

We work to keep Ojaoba running, but it is provided “as is”, and we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. Product changes take about 2 minutes to appear because of caching. Keep another way for customers to reach you.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Ojaoba is not liable for lost sales, lost orders or other indirect losses from using, or being unable to use, the service.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your shop (see our privacy page). Your Google Sheet remains yours.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above and tell shop owners by email.
